These pendants are not refundable as they are custom made pieces but we will always work to resolve any issues should they arise. 

We are always very careful to be very sure we know exactly what a customer wants before starting a project. In some cases, we do a test version (without ashes) to make sure it's exactly as it should be and send pictures of the pendant for approval before shipment.  The pendants are always packed very well, and very carefully when they go out.

Fast shipping. We know how important these pendants are to you and we make them a priority.  You can expect it to take a few days for the ashes to get to us in the mail and we can email you when they arrive. We will begin creating your pendant within 48 hours (Mon. - Fri.), and it should take another few days to be shipped back to you. 

When you order a memorial pendant, we will email you info on how you can send your ashes to us.  If you would like a collection kit we will send one to you right away. As soon as that arrives back to us we will begin creating your unique piece. 

All our shipped orders have tracking and are very securely packed.

We are very careful and respectful with the ashes that we infuse into each pendant, and will return any remaining ash to you along with your necklace.
