When you order a pendant, you will receive a confirmation email right away and we will send you a collection kit. As soon as the ashes arrive here, we'll begin creating a unique piece of wearable art for you. We are very careful and respectful with the ashes, and will return any remaining ash to you along with your necklace.
When you order, if you'd like to, you can send us a photo and/or their favorite song or band, and tell us about your loved one. We'll think about them as we make your piece. That description can influence our work, and in a way, can help to bring the spirit of your loved one into this custom pendant.
We hope that having one of these will bring some comfort to you, and that it will act as a reminder of the joy that you and your loved one gave each other.
